Please read through these before you begin to roleplay. They will help you in the long run.

1. Please wait to be approved before you begin posting. We need a chance to make sure you're up to our roleplaying standards, especially if you are applying for a canon character or child. We only accept high-quality applications, so take time on your sample.

2. When applying for an original child with canon parents, please take their background into consideration. For instance, Rose Weasley will not likely be a Slytherin, though she might possibly be a Ravenclaw because of her mother's brilliance. Though she will probably a Gryffindor, because both her parents were.

3. We only know a few of the character's canon future jobs, so we will accept an assortment of possibilities, within reason of course. For instance, Luna will probably not be Minister of Magic, and Draco will not be a bartender. He does not stoop to such levels.

4. Give lots of information on your character. The possibilities are so broad, it would be nice to know as much as possible about the character. We know little about their futures, so be creative. Almost anything's possible....almost.

5. Make sure your character follows the plot line. For example, Dean should not be running around parading as the new Dark Lord, while the children of the Trio and Krum fight over the Hallows.

6. Good grammar is a rule strictly enforced. It's terribly annoying to roleplay with someone who writes like this::

"hary drived 2 da mall wit giny and they bot sum food. Den they runned acrost da street 2 c a moovie."

See? So, capitalize, punctuate, use proper tense and spelling, and put quotation marks to show where someone is talking. Please put this phrase at the bottom of your application. 'My Lips Are Right Proper Minty'. It's to make sure you've read the rules.

7. We would like for one person to roleplay only two characters, three tops. Other people want to play major canons too, and they can't if your guzzling them up.
